[Application] Maldiva

First of all, I have read the rules and I agree. I hope you will enjoy reading this application.

State the names of your characters, the levels and the guild(s) you have joined before.

Characters:

Maldiva - 70 - KOC (85 now)
+ a lot of mule-accounts for storage

I wish I could list more characters, but sadly, I can't. I have played GMS with a character called Metam0rphose, a level 147 hero, until almost two years ago. Some things happened and I decided to delete all my characters and never look back, to move on to other games. I've played LaTale and Rose Online instead for a while and then just entirely gave up on gaming online, cause of a shitty internet connection my parents refused to change -- Instead I just gamed more often on my XboX 360.

Uhm. I made a few experimental characters to get the hang of the ''new'' Maplestory. A lot has changed in the mean time and it took a while for me to get used to everything - new maps, new mobs, new interface, % gear, mining yadda yadda, all that stuff.

So yeah, this is my one and only character on a fresh account, since wednesday evening.

My main goal right now is to level the KOC till 120 for an UA and level up mining and smithing. In the mean time I'll try to prepare some starter equipment for the UA. Sub-goals are making friends and doing quests.
I'm currently thinking of making an i/l magician UA. Mostly made this choice cause I have never played them before, I've always played melee, and I guess it would be pretty cool if I got as far as making an Arch Mage with some nice % int gear, to quest with, boss with, to have fun with, with guildies.

OtakuZone - A guild with mainly level 50-60 characters in it.

So yeah! The search for a good guild is long and hard. I saw a lot of guilds come by and I checked what they had to offer, but I didn't get ''the feeling'' with them.

I was just about to give up on finding a nice guild, but then I noticed this 'smega-discussion'. Some guy calling Zenith a hacker and scammer guild. Kind of caught my attention. I'm not into hackers/scammers and all that sort at all. The reason I liked it is because one of you smega-d that if that person had a problem he shouldn't take it out on the entire guild and the guild leader.
I like that. I like you care about your name and that you choose to settle things in a more mature way.

I went to your website, a friendly person called Resy told me the URL over whisper (thanks again). And well, I really dig the vibe I get from you all. You all seem very friendly and mature in your responses here. Plus from what I read you are a grindy, bossy, chatty guild. I like more serious game-play combined with being a community-based guild. Just a boss guild or just a community guild alone isn't what I'm looking for. I want what you have to offer. And I want to help expand a guild, feel home in it, ''die'' with the guild one day in the future. Guilds enhance game experience, that's what I believe.

Every day and whenever I get the chance to! It might be that some days I am not online. This will mostly be due to university. But overall I have a lot of free time. I would say I'm most active during the evenings. On weekends you'll most probably also spot me there during the afternoons.

What do you think about hacking, scamming and ksing?

Hacking and scamming is a big no-no. Whenever I run into stuff like that I try to screenshot and report it, I really really hate it. They mess up gameplay, they mess up the market, they mess up everything. I don't agree with it at all and especially not with people being ''semi-legits''. Lying is horrible.

I would have loved to type even more about my in real life activities and game activities and what not, but I just noticed it's 1:30 AM. Firstly, I would like to make clear - and sorry if you are disappointed now - Resy and SandaraPark (the two chars which wrote smegas) were mine o.o
I just used up all smegas on SandaraPark and went on the other char which I use to train nowadays cuz I remembered I was having something left there.
But still, what I can ensure you is that we are a very close community with really nice members, mostly talkative.

And the thing with the smega war.. well, Linkinparkr is an ex-BlackStar guild member and has been one day in Zenith right after it, but left in some hours without saying anything or telling any reason and became a kind of guild hopper. Basically, he is just mad at me for.. I don't really know why to be honest. I met him later again at the wrong time at the wrong place and he accuses me for scamming now, I suppose.
But at least, all people I ever met, know that I am not a scammer/hacker, so I'm kinda fine with getting hated by him. I don't really mind anymore. People (also random Maplers!) support me a lot and in this case also asked me kindly why Linkinparkr was spreading lies and I could need some help.

Anyways, back to the topic! I really really like your application and give you a yes.
I mean, see, we are like 5 girls in the guild at the moment (Zenith girls ftw <3) and in addition you want to create a Mage I/L <3 (I am one, too ^.^)
Since your current IGN Maldiva is a Cygnus, unfortunately I just can offer you the Jr. Guild. But you will get a place in the main guild for sure as soon as you get an UA
Furthermore, you appear to be a very friendly person and self-confident as well and now you just wrote an application which gives a lot of information about yourself and to be honest, more than I ever expected of an application. You know when you need to be serious and when you can count with fun and jokes.

I'm okay with being placed in the Jr. guild. I know it's normal procedure and to be honest, as long as there is a union it feels like you're in 'one' guild anyway.
